Speaking in the Bournemouth Evening Echo, the Hatters boss, Mick Harford, is quoted as saying: "He's the focal point of the team and he's hard to handle. He will be a big plus to Bournemouth this season. Fletch will be a big asset for Bournemouth in the situation they're in. Fletcher is a legend down here and I think he's brought the feelgood factor back to Bournemouth. They look like a different team to what they were earlier in the season".
