Fletch To Work With Goulding

With pre-season just around the corner, Steve Fletcher will be working with Jeff Goulding in the build up to the new season.

Speaking to the Bournemouth Evening Echo, Fletcher is quoted as saying: "He's played a lot of his early career in the non-league and this is a good step up for him. Hopefully I can help him with his game. Eddie (Howe, manager) asked if I could help him when I came in, but it was tough because we had two games a week and we hardly had chance to breath! Hopefully, in pre-season we'll start on an even keel. I'd definitely like to help Jeff in any way I can".

For his part, Goulding is quoted as saying: "I relaxed in May and went away, but in June I've done a lot of gym work. I feel really good and have been working hard on every aspect to make myself that bit better. You're never really sure where you're at compared to everyone else during pre-season. But we've got some big Premier League clubs to play and hopefully they will bring good players down. I'm sure by the end of pre-season we'll know where we are".
