Forde On Debut

Speaking to the Bournemouth Evening Echo, Forde is quoted as saying: "It was tough for myself to come in. I only joined up with the boys on Friday and hadn't played in quite a long time as well, so I was a bit rusty. The manager got me in and said at least I can get to know the lads over the four days we're staying at Mottram Hall".

As for the opening goal: "It was like a Garryowen, an up-and-under, I thought it was coming through and had to make a decision. It's timing and that will come with games and certainly I felt better as the game went on. I felt more comfortable with myself and my kicking improved".
