Fourth Side Plus Hotel?

Speaking to BBC Sport, Peter Phillips has confirmed that the Club are looking at options to complete the ground, one of which is to go in to a commercial partnership to build a hotel at the open end of the ground, which would also include completion of the ground with a 4th stand.

Phillips is quoted as saying: "There are areas around the ground that are ripe for development. One idea is to put a hotel at the fourth end, and that has a lot of support but we could't do it ourselves. We need a commercial partner to do it".

Planning permission would be an obstacle to the plan as it would mean a change to the original plan to the stadium.
