Frustrated Broadhurst

Having missed the latter stages of last season, initially through a hernia operation, Karl Broadhurst is eager to return to first team training with the first league match just over 4 weeks away.
He is quoted in the
Bournemouth Evening Echo as saying: "
I'm champing at the bit to start playing again. I've been out since February and when you're out for so long it is pretty annoying. Then it gets worse when you're told you can't join in for the first day of pre-season. But you can't get too down about it and it is hopefully only for another day or two".
