Garry Agrees Terms

Ryan Garry has agreed, in principle, to a new 12-month deal, citing Eddie Howe as a major factor in his decision to remain.

Speaking in the Bournemouth Evening Echo, Garry is quoted as saying: "Eddie is a huge reason why I'm happy to stay. I like him as a person and, as a manager, he's spot on. You always know where you stand and I like him as a coach and enjoy working under him. When I spoke to Eddie after the end of the season I told him I was happy to stay. I was a bit concerned with what was going on with the club. We're still not out of the woods yet but I'm sure once everything is sorted out we'll be okay. We've got a good squad and as long as we can keep hold of everyone - which I'm hoping we do - I'm sure we can finish much higher up than last season".

Garry joins Ryan Pryce as the other player to commit his future to AFC Bournemouth.

Discussions are on going with the other out of contract players; Joe Partington, Josh McQuoid, Jeff Goulding and Warren Cummings.
