Greater Redknapp Involvement?

In a move designed to deflect some of the angst against Messers Groves and Brooks, Chairman Eddie Mitchell has come out in public stating that he is going to ask former boss, Harry Redknapp, whether he'd be perpared to be more 'hands on' at the Club - what ever that means.

Speaking in the Bournemouth Evening Echo, Mitchell is quoted as saying: "I have said in the past we have got on our doorstep one of the best managers in the country. I have spoken to Paul about bringing Harry closer and need to discuss it with Harry. It would be one of many steps we would need to take to change and improve. We have got to re-examine everything. We are all trying to gain knowledge from Harry and, hopefully, we will. It would be great to be able to have that knowledge around the club and I would like to be able to bring it closer and that is what I am going to try to do".
