Hard Work Ahead

Speaking to the Bournemouth Evening Echo, Tindall is quoted as saying: "I don't think there's too many squads in this division with better players than we've got. But everyone in football knows that hard work beats talent if talent doesn't work hard. I think everybody needs to work hard. You only get out what you're prepared to put in. If you get these lads here to work hard on and off the ball the results will come because the talent they've got is great. I'm a believer that you haven't got to possess any talent or ability to work hard. Once you cross that white line you've got to be able to come in the changing room at the end of the game, look in the mirror and be honest with yourself that you've given everything you've got. The players that go out there and think they've already made it and don't give their all - they're the type of players that won't be around for very long".
