Huddersfield Town have made tentative enquiries about Jamie Hayter. Peter Jackson was quoted in their local paper: "We made an informal approach for James Hayter, but he made it clear to Bournemouth that he didn't want to leave".
For AFCB, Peter Phillips was quoted in the Bournemouth Evening Echo: "There was no bid accepted for James. I can confirm that we received an informal approach from Huddersfield. We didn't receive a bid, so were not able to accept or reject it. I spoke to James about it and he indicated that he wasn't interested in a move to that particular club and I was delighted".
