Hayter Signs - Chairman's Comment

On securing the services of Jamie Hayter until Summer 2008, Chairman Peter Phillips is quoted on the Clubs Official Web Site as saying: "We have been in discussions with James and his representatives for several weeks, and I am delighted that we have been able to reach agreement. This was a very big decision for James. He is a marvellous player, a proven goal scorer, and ambitious to test himself at the highest level possible. It is a tribute to his loyalty and his belief in the future of this club that he has decided to pursue his ambitions here at Bournemouth. I'm certain that this news will be a great boost for the supporters and the team as we pull out all the stops to retain our League 1 status over the next few weeks and build a competitive squad for next season".
