Hollands On Current Form

Speaking in the Bournemouth Evening Echo, Hollands is quoted as saying: "Since the start of the season I don't think I've been performing as well as last season. Players go through that and it's up to me to address what's wrong and I've got to get back to how I can play. The injury (in pre-season) didn't help but I can't blame that. Players go through dips in form and all I'm concerned about is coming out the other side and playing like last season. No one likes to not be playing well and if I could switch a button I would, but it's not as easy as that. Hopefully if I come off the bench and do well I can get my place back. There's a lot of competition for places, which is healthy for the whole squad, and I've got to do my bit to get back in the team. I like the three in midfield and think it suits us with the players we've got. I know myself that I'm not playing as well as I can do |and I've got to address it, knu-ckle down and get back in the team. It's a thing only I can address and I will do that".
