Howe & Tindall In Demand!

Having achieved the great escape, management team Eddie Howe and Jason Tindall have more than drawn attention to their capabilities with their exploits at Dean Court since Christmas.

Now it would seem that other clubs have sat up, taken notice and could be poised to tempt them away from Dean Court.

Jason Tindall is quoted in the Bournemouth Evening Echo as saying: "Since the end of the season, representatives from clubs have been in contact to see how the land lies. It's flattering for people to show an interest but we both hold Bournemouth close to our hearts and nothing would please us more than to be successful here rather than somewhere else. We are keen to build on last season's achievements and try to take the club forward. There was widespread coverage of what happened last season and it brought the club to people's attentions. Everybody is looking for a successful, young manager and there are several in the lower leagues. Andy Scott at Brentford and Paul Tisdale at Exeter have both done excellent jobs with their respective clubs. When you look a bit higher, Roberto Martinez at Swansea stands out and you could see Eddie following his path because he is certainly good enough".
