Howe A Target?

With Eddie Howe building a growing reputation at Dean Court, having guided the Cherries to two promotions, as well as guiding the Club to their highest ever League placing, could messers Howe and Tindall be the target from other Clubs?

Cherries Chairman Jeff Mostyn, was recently quoted in the Bournemouth Evening Echo as saying on his management team: "I was at a Football League board meeting recently and two of the directors said to me ‘Are you going to be able to keep him?’ That is the question people ask me everywhere I go. People are interested in Eddie because he sits at the top of the pile. He is young, he is articulate and he has this insatiable appetite to learn about all aspects of the game. He works hard to improve his own techniques and coaching strategies. He is highly motivational, he has a great work ethic and he is respected by the players, the coaches and the staff. He is a perfectionist and he is innovative. If you add up all those ingredients, he is going to be the desire of most football clubs. We will hopefully achieve everything that he wants to achieve and, as a consequence of that, we hope that the marriage will continue. We are all aware that we have an amazing debt to Eddie Howe for the success on the pitch. The past 12 months have been fundamental in the changes and the success on and off the pitch, and we have to keep striving to ensure that we provide Eddie with the right support and ensure that the boys are given a chance. What we are trying to do is also make sure that the people off the pitch are given the same opportunities to express their skills as Eddie allows his players to express their skills on the pitch. All the staff have worked incredibly hard to get the club where it is today. It has been an amazing team effort".
