Speaking to the Bournemouth Evening Echo, Eddie is quoted as saying: "It is a pivotal time in his career but I always knew how he felt about Bournemouth. He's had such a good season that a few other clubs have been looking at him, but he has shown tremendous loyalty and is determined to a be a success here - and we're all delighted that he's decided to stay. All the players and the management were given a huge boost when we found out because you just cannot find goalscorers like him. It is great news ahead of some difficult games".
