With the January transfer window open for business manager Eddie Howe has made it perfectly clear that he has no desire to see Matt Tubbs leave Dean Court.
Howe was quoted in the Bournemouth Evening Echo as saying about our record signing: "I am sure he will attract attention because he is a proven goalscorer. Wherever he has played, he has scored goals. “Tubbsy is very much part of our plans and our squad and we don’t want to lose him. At the moment, Lewis and Brett have got the shirts and have |performed very well but I am |sure Matt, along with others, will get opportunities".
