Howe's Highlights

With the Cherries notching up a 4-goal tally against lowly Busy, manager Eddie Howe reveals that his highlight was to have four different goal scorers as the Cherries took a step towards either play-offs or automatic promotion come the end of the season.

Speaking in the Bournemouth Evening Echo, Howe is quoted as saying: "Four different goalscorers was the highlight of the day for me. Recently, for whatever reason, we have struggled for goals. From being free-flowing and scoring three and four every game, we suddenly hit a bit of a lean patch. I have never doubted our attacking players because I think we have got some real talent in the forward areas. Hopefully, this puts us back on track. Goal difference can be worth an extra point so we are determined to try to improve ours. It was something that was badly in need of moving forward when we came in and, slowly but surely, we have managed to do that. Three points are the most important thing but, if you can win by bigger margins at this time of the season, then all the better".
