Hughes Backing Groves

With the Cherries in-different start to the season continuing, new signing Richard Hughes is backing Paul Groves to turn around the Cherries flagging fortunes.

Speaking in the Bournemouth Evening Echo, Hughes is quoted as saying: "It depends which way you look at it. It took for us to suffer our first defeat at Bramall Lane. It was disappointing but we have had a tough start. We would like to have won the home games but I think situations conspired against the lads. We know we have to get better as a team. I have seen us play some good stuff and we just have to put it together for the whole 90 minutes. I have seen enough in my short spell here to know that, once we start winning games, we will get the confidence and continuity needed to be successful. I have got no doubt that we are going to have a good season and be successful. Clearly, the sooner we start winning, the better".
