Hughes Disrespect

Having departed Dean Court 4 years ago, Richard Hughes was recently quoted on a Pompey fans' site as saying: "Yes, I'll be going back to Bournemouth for my annual booing. They always try to give me stick when I play there, but there's not enough fans there to give me proper stick. It's quite funny that a player gives his all and leaves to join a club who are playing two divisions higher – and they try to give him a hard time. It's not like Pompey fans, where if a player works hard and leaves they will show their appreciation when he returns. Pompey fans save their abuse for Southampton players, but then Pompey fans are knowledgeable and faithful", and hoplessly blinkered - is the bit missing from the article!
