Idiakez Trains At Dean Court

AFC Bournemouth have revealed that Inigo Idiakez is currently training with the squad. Manager Jimmy Quinn is quoted in the Bournemouth Evening Echo as saying: "He's just training with us. He's been out for a few months and Dave Hockaday, a good friend of mine who's at Southampton, said to have a look at him so that's what I'm doing. I don't know how fit he is but I know he's a decent player. He's certainly got quality. From what I've been told, all the signs are good but I need to have a look with my own eyes to see what he's all about and find out a bit more about him. I've agreed to have a look at him in training over the next week or two and hopefully in a reserve game. We'll have a look and then make a decision for January. He's had an achilles problem and had a minor operation. It's taken him five months but he's back to fitness now and has been working hard on his fitness. There are no guarantees and we'll see what he's like".
