Ryan Garry is hoping that a pain killing injection will aid his recovery as hie bids to return to first team action following a shin injury. Manager Eddie Howe is quoted in the Bournemouth Evening Echo as saying: "Ryan has seen a specialist in London a couple of times to try to find out what is causing the pain but we still haven’t got to the bottom of it. He has had an injection, which we’re hoping will work, but it will take three to four days to kick in. Hopefully, his symptoms will improve and, if that’s the case, we may well try to get him running early this week. It is an added worry for Ryan because of what happened before and there was no tackle or specific incident that brought it on. Generally, you know where the injury has come from and that can sometimes help relate to the problem".

Shaun Cooper is said to be making good progress following calf problems during the match against Leyton Orient.

Marc Pugh has had his stitches removed from his gashed leg following a disagreement with a sprinkler towards the end of the Leyton Orient match, and is now able to run about again.

Another casulaty of the Leyton Orient match, Shwan Jalal, is also making good progress after fracturing an eye socket.

Mark Molesley, absent for over a year, is hoping to return to first team training once the current poor weather has eased.
