The ex-Cardiff City midfielder is quoted on the Clubs Official Web Site as saying: "A fresh start is just what I need. I'd been at Cardiff for ten years and it was getting to the point where it was fizzing out there. Hopefully I can make a name for myself at Bournemouth. I'm confident of making an impact and looking forward to the start of the season. The facilities down here are excellent. It's a great set-up and I can't wait to get started with the club. Bournemouth are well known for playing good football and I want to be a part of that. It suits my style of play and I feel I can add something to the squad. I knew Callum Hart from my time at Cardiff and he's helped me to settle in and was also great while I was on trial here. Sean O'Driscoll and Richard O'Kelly also both made me feel very welcome at the club and the time I spent here last season really made me want to come back".
