Is Panto Season Coming To An End?

It's been one bid in, one bid out for the past +6 months or so as various interested parties have come and gone in recent times, leaving many fans wondering whether these bids were pure fantasy on the part of Chairman Paul Baker.

Now it would seem that EU UK were back on the scene with a bid towards the back end of last week, but couldn't come up with the deposit that was required, which allowed the Murry Group back in to the running.

It would now appear that Murry & Co (including Mostyn and Sly, who took the Club in to Administration in the first place) have now won the race to buy the Club from Baker. As part of that consortium, it is being reported that Eddie Mitchell, majority shareholder at Dorchester Town. Is this so and Mitchell is about to take an active involvement at Dean Court, he will have to divest his interest at Dorchester Town - as was confirmed when his name was first mentioned in connection with AFC Bournemouth!

Whether the saga is over or not, remains to be seen - but lets hope so as the Club needs stability.
