Jaffer Quits!

Having stepped up to fulfill the role of Chairman when Peter Phillips stepped aside, it has been reported that Abdul Jaffer has stepped down from the role. In addition he's no longer a member of the Board.

Jaffer has recently come in for heavy criticism of his apparent conflicting role in Club and takeover Consortium and the purchase of 51 Thisslebarrow Road, which would give access to the land behind the East Stand.
