Job Only Just Staring For Howe

He and Jason Tindall might have been linked with the vacant position at Peterborough United, but Eddie Howe readily admits that he loves AFC Bournemouth with much to do to bring success to the League Two side.

Speaking in the Bournemouth Evening Echo, Eddie Howe is quoted as saying: "It was very flattering to be asked and a huge compliment. But I have only just started the job here and it wouldn’t have felt right for me to leave. I’ve got a tremendous relationship with the players and feel a loyalty towards them, the club and the supporters. We’ve had a fantastic start to the season and I want to try to achieve something here. It has always been my dream to be successful here and I’m looking forward to carrying on the work we are doing. I’m ambitious and want to be successful. I don’t have to take another job just to prove that, especially the first opportunity I get. I believe that if you work hard enough in whatever job you do, you will get your rewards. That carried me through my playing career and I’m hoping it will see me through my managerial career".
