Franchise FC have been promoted back to the higher level following a 5-goal thriller at Edgeley Park against Stockport County. Dickinson gave County the lead in the 30th minute, with Wright levelling for Franchise a minute later. Proudlock restored County's lead in the 58th minute, with Navarro levelling a minute later. The win, and promotion, was secured with a 74th minute goal from Andrews. Stockport County 5th, Franchise FC 1st.

Peterborough United also secured promotion to League One with a single goal victory over fellow promotion chasers Hereford United at Edgar Street. Keates scored the only goal of the game in the 29th minute. Hereford United 3rd, Peterborough United 2nd.
