Joining The Football League

After a 16-year absence from the Football League, the name of
Aldershot Town will be back next season. The Hampshire club confirmed their promotion with a 1-1 draw against
Exeter City at St James' Park. Stansfield gave City a 39th minute lead before Donnelly netted his first goal for Town, a goal which also secured promotion.
Exeter City 6th, Aldershot Town 1st.
