King Not Good Enough - King

Last updated : 15 August 2015 By Bournemouth Co-Ordinator

On his Cherries debut, Josh King, was quoted in the Bournemouth Evening Echo as saying: "I am not very happy because I set high standards for myself. My partnership with Callum worked very well against Hoffenheim but it was not quite at the same level. Getting my first Premier League game under my belt was good but I need to get used to the way other people play to get tuned in properly. It all comes with games. I have to learn everyone else’s strengths, which I got to work on during pre-season, and some people have to learn about my strengths too. I think the team played well but with the standards I set for myself, I just wasn’t happy with my own performance."
