Sheffield Wednesday had to come from behind to snatch the points against Yeovil Town at Hillsborough to move in to an automatic promotion spot. Obika had given the Glovers a 41st minute lead with J Johnson levelling in the 57th minute and R Johnson scoring the winner with 10 minutes to spare. Sheffield Wednesday 2nd, Yeovil Town 18th.

Huddersfield Town failed to keep their top-2 place following a 1-1 draw against Franchise FC at the Galpharm. McCombe gave the Terriers the lead on the stroke of half time, only to see Gleeson level just after the hour mark. Huddersfield Town 3rd, Franchise FC 5th.

Carlisle United edged to the edge of the play-off places following a 2-1 win against much-improved Chesterfield at Brunton Park, despite Talbot giving the Spirites the lead in the 16th minute. Parker levelled in the 75th minute, with Zoko scoring the winner in the 84th minute. Carlisle United 7th, Chesterfield 24th.

Wycombe Wanderers had to come from behind to claim their win against Tranmere Rovers at Adams Park. McGurk gave Rovers the lead in the 5th minute, with Whichelow levelling in the 23rd minute and Ainsworth scoring what proved to the be the winner on the half hour mark. Wycombe Wanderers 26th, Tranmere Rovers 17th.

All of the other scheduled matches in League One were frozen off.
