Scunthorpe United were pegged back by Doncaster Rovers at the Keepmoat Stadium. They had raced in to a 2-goal lead through Keogh (15) and Talbot (23) within the opening half hour. But were made to share the points as Lee and Price levelled in the 57th and 59th minutes for the home side. Doncaster Rovers 9th, Scunthorpe United 1st.

Bristol City claimed a great away win against Oldham Athletic at Boundary Park as they ran out 3-0 winners! Showunmi stated things off with a strike in the 9th minute, followed by McAllister in the 37th minute and then Andrews in the 65th minute to round off a fine afternoon. Oldham Athletic 4th, Bristol City 2nd.

Swansea City and Nottingham Forest battled their way through a 0-0 draw at the Liberty Stadium. Swansea City 8th, Nottingham Forest 3rd.

Yeovil Town won by a single goal at Huish Park to keep Brentford at the foot of the table. Best claimed the only goal of the game in the 56th minute. Yeovil Town 5th, Brentford 24th.

Blackpool also claimed a single goal win, but they claimed 3-points at the expense of Leyton Orient at Brisbane Road. Southern scored the only goal of the game in the 85th minute. Leyton Orient 20th, Blackpool 6th.

In their Friday night match, Tranmere Rovers and Bradford City scrapped away for a 1-1 draw at Prenton Park. Taylor gave the home side the lead, but a share of the points was secured by a Schumacher strike in the 34th minute. Tranmere Rovers 7th, Bradford City 12th.

Crewe Alexandra dented the hopes of Carlisle United at Brunton Park with their 3rd away win of the campaign. Baudet put the Alex in front in the 53rd minute, with Maynard making sure of the points in the final few moments. Carlisle United 10th, Crewe Alexandra 14th.

A few weeks age Huddersfield Town were in danger of being dragged in to a relegation scrap. At the moment they look safe from that hassle as they claimed a win over hapless AFC Bournemouth at Dean Court with a 2-1 win. Worthington gave the visitors the lead in the 12th minute to which Purches levelled in the 43rd. The winner came with 5 minutes to go as Schofield claimed all three points for the Yorkshire side. AFC Bournemouth 21st, Huddersfield Town 11th.

Cheltenham Town and Gillingham managed to get to 1-1 in the opening 15 minutes with Savage giving the Kent side a 6th minute lead before Melligan levelled for the home side in the 17th minute. The Gills finished with 10 men as Ian Cox was sent off for a second bookable offence just before half time. Cheltenham Town 22nd, Gillingham 15th.

Jeckell and Hyde side Brighton & Hove Albion managed to claim a 1-0 away win at Chesterfield - their 6th away win of the season. Gattling scored the only goal in the 50th minute. Chesterfield 16th, Brighton & Hove Albion 17th.

Millwall battered struggling Rotherham United at The New Den by smashing 4 past them! Harris (16 mins), Zebroski (26 mins) and Byfield (39 mins) gave the home side a 3-goal lead by the break. Byfield completed his brace in the 90th minute. Millwall 18th, Rotherham United 23rd.

The game between Port Vale (13th) and Northampton Town (19th) was postponed because of the state of Vale's pitch.
