Wycombe Wanderers stretched their unbeaten start to the season to 18 league games following a 4-0 thumping of Macclesfield at Adams Park. Goals from Vierra (11 & 51 mins), Balanta (45 mins) and Johnson (71 mins) froze the Silkmen out on a chilly evening in Buckinghamshire. Wycombe Wanderers 1st, Macclesfield 15th.

Luton Town and AFC Bournemouth fought out a 'classic' -47 pointer at Kenilworth Road, with both sides settling for a 3-3 draw. Town gianed the lead when Garry put past his own keeper in the 18th minute. Red faces were no more when Molesley equalised, and then put the Cherries ahead in the 21st and 51st minutes. Town levelled through Gallen in the 56th minute only to see Tubbs restore the visitors lead in the 76th minute. Both sides had to settle for a point after McVeigh levelled from the penalty spot with just 5 minutes to go. The result sees the Cherries move back to 'nil point'. Luton Town 24th, AFC Bournemouth 23rd.
