Lewis Grabbing His Chance

Having been rejected by Crystal Palace, moved on by Millwall and Brentford until finding his feet in Rotherham, Lewis Grabban is looking to prove what he can do in the Championshop, having missed out on opportunities at previous clubs.

Speaking in the Bournemouth Evening Echo, Grabban is quoted as saying on his current opportunity at Dean Court: "My career took a bit of a dip for various reasons and it is nice to be back in the Championship and starting to get back to where I probably should be. I have got to make the most of it and play as well as I can. I think we have shown we are capable of competing at this level. We were a bit low after the games we lost but they were against good teams and we didn’t do too badly. It is a tough league and I think we are doing well as a squad. I could have had six and it probably could have been more than that for the season. But you can’t score every chance. I probably should have scored against Barnsley but that is the way it goes sometimes. I am happy with five".
