Looking Forward To The Play-Offs

With the League One play-offs kicking off on Saturday with AFC Bournemouth facing Huddersfield Town, skipper Jason Pearce is relishing the prospect, being quoted in the Bournemouth Evening Echo as saying: "We gave a great account of ourselves in both games so I don’t think we will have anything to fear. Huddersfield are a very good team and only just missed out on automatic promotion so will have been disappointed about that. It didn’t happen for them in the play-offs last season so they will know what they need to do and will be ready. We will be ready as well and it is going to be a massive test for us. These are the games you want to be involved in. It is a high-profile game and you want to test yourself against the best players in the league. Being a centre-half, nobody is more disappointed than I am about the number of late goals we have conceded this season. We know we have got to put it right and there is no better place than the play-offs. We have addressed it and have worked on it in training. We aren’t the biggest team in the division but we all know our jobs. We have finished the league season and can draw a line under it. We have got three games to get to the Championship. They are all big games and ones we can look forward to. We can’t wait".
