Looking To Bounce Back

With the disappointment of the derby against South Coast Club behind us, it's another short trip along the coast to face Brighton & Hove Albion at Withdean.

Looking ahead of the game, manager Eddie Howe is quoted in the Bournemouth Evening Echo as saying: "These are the games, the derbies in and around us, that we were crying out for last year when we were travelling up north for five hours on a coach. It’s a great game again for us, the players, the supporters and the football club, and it’s one we’re looking forward to. Brighton have a unique way of playing and have had a great start to the season. They’ve almost brought a continental feel to the way they play. It will be a really interesting tactical battle for us and one I’m sure the players will enjoy because, hopefully, it will be a good football match. Brighton are a good side, they’re in good form and it’s another tough away day. We’ve had a few this season. So far, already, we’ve played Southampton, Charlton and Huddersfield, we’ve played the top teams, and this is another one to go in that group".
