Lowe Apology

Following a digusting challenge on Cherries skipper, Tommy Elphick by neothanderthal Ryan Lowe, sparking a melee on the pitch, and a red card issued, the offending player has issued an apology via the Franchise's official web site.

Lowe is quoted as saying: "I want to apologise. I have let everyone down, the Club, the manager, my team-mates, myself and my family. I’m disappointed in myself, it was 10 seconds of madness and the tackle was outrageous, I should never have gone for it. It’s not my character, it’s not me. I have to apologise to the fans, the Club, my team-mates, my family and everyone associated with MK Dons because it wasn’t like me and all I can do is try and make up for it when my suspension is up until the end of the season. I deserved to be sent-off, I will take the punishment – it will cost me in my pocket as well as missing three vital games to help this Club get to where we want to get to. It’ not me, it’s out of character and all I can do is apologise. I hope the lad is OK because I know he came off; I will see Eddie Howe and apologise to him. The manager has given me a rollicking, as he should. He has said some true, harsh words to me and I have to get on with it. It’s my own fault that I won’t be able to play in the next three games. The FA Cup fifth round should be one of the games of my life, but I won’t be able to play".

How about an apology to Tommy Elphick? Not a mention!

Best wishes for a speedy recover to Tommy from the AFC Bournemouth Exiles Club.
