Warren Cummings broken leg isn't healing as quick as he'd like it to be following the break in March 2004 in a match against Swindon Town. Manager Sean O'Driscoll in the Bournemouth Evening Echo as saying: "He had another X-ray and another specialist looked at it and everything is coming along fine. It's just going to take a little bit longer. Every individual is different and the bone has still got some consolidation to go, but it's healed well. What he's doing now is the correct thing. He's got to stress it because he's got to get used to what he's going to come back to. He gets a bit frustrated because he thinks he should be back by now, but the specialist said he's bang on course".
