Josh McQuoid has signed a new deal to keep him at Dean Court for another 12 months.
Speaking in the Bournemouth Evening Echo, manager Eddie Howe is quoted as saying: "He wasn't involved towards the end of the season but he showed a good attitude and has a lot to prove in pre-season".
McQuoid is optimistic for the new season, being quoted as saying: "I think we've got a good set of lads and we'll all be pushing for promotion".
