McQuoid To Start Against Millers

With the Cherries suffering with a vast array of injuries, leaving Eddie Howe with barely 13 out field players to choose from, Josh McQuoid could be about to make a rare starting appearance at the Don Valley Stadium.

Speaking about the opportunity, McQuoid is quoted in the Bournemouth Evening Echo as saying: "I’ll be happy if I have a part to play in the game. It’s up to Eddie, but if I play I will be delighted and will just try to do what I’ve done when I’ve been coming on recently. ’ve been working hard in training like I do normally. It’s frustrating when you just come off the bench, but if that’s my part to play then I’ll do as well as I can when I come on. I’m just happy to be in the squad, getting on and playing my part".
