Millwall Reaction - Cherries I

Speaking after the match, about his goal and the victory over Millwall, goal scorer, Steve Cook, was quoted as saying on the Clubs Official Web Site as saying: "I haven’t scored enough goals while I have been here but the two goals I have got have been quite important ones. I was delighted with the header and it got us back on track and we kicked on. To be honest I lost the ball in the sun a little bit, but luckily I got my head on it and it hit the back of the net so I’m buzzing. I scored against Carlisle in the last home game of the season when we got promoted and hopefully I can score more. Ultimately though we’ve won the game and got a much needed three points. Having had back-to-back defeats, we needed to respond and we have which makes the break a bit easier. The table is looking good at the moment. We just need to get a bit of consistency. There are a few tired bodies out there at the end. It’s time to regroup and work on the things we need to. Obviously we started poorly today and that needs to be addressed, but we go to Forest with a lot of confidence"
