Having made his full debut for the Cherries against Watford, and marked the debut with a goal, Murray has spoken about the experience.
Speaking in the Bournemouth Evening Echo, Murray is quoted as saying: "I was delighted to get my first Bournemouth goal but disappointed not to convert the penalty. The keeper made a good save and did his job for the afternoon. It could have been a lot more enjoyable. It was a good game of football, I thought both sides gave it their all, we probably deserved to win but a couple of personal errors cost us.”
