New Contract For Broady?

One of those who future is uncertain is Karl Broadhurst. Having not long returned to first team action after the original hernia, and then back problems, the number of first team starts has been limited to just the one - against Colchester United last Saturday.

Speaking to the Bournemouth Evening Echo, Karl is quoted as saying: "Most people know I haven't played much football in the past year so it doesn't give me much scope to bargain too much. But it's just a fact of life and I'm going to have to put up with it. I'll see what the club might offer me and if it's not what I want then I might have to look elsewhere, but I'm hoping I'll get something here because I want to stay. I've been here since I was a kid, I know the ins and outs of the club, I like the area and I want to stay so I hope we can sort something out. I would gladly take a contract because I don't think anyone else is going to want me!"
