New Faces?

With the mid-summer training camp next week, Sean O'Driscoll has hinted that there could be a few new faces joining in.

He is quoted in the Bournemouth Evening Echo as saying: "We've got a certain amount to spend, not on transfer fees, but on wages. It's got to be spread about the whole squad so that makes it difficult because it's almost got to be spread really thinly. If I give one player a two-year contract and pay him £2,000, there's £100,000 gone. You can get a lot of bad players for £2,000 a week as well as good ones. We've looked at a lot of players and we want to strengthen the squad as a whole rather than one position ....... it's difficult because people have got holidays and are moving around so it's not something we've insisted on. If we agree terms with players, this would be an ideal time to bring them down."
