New Faces For Youth Set Up.

AFC Bournemouth have annouced the return of Joe Roach to Dean Court to head the Youth set up, a position he was sacked from in 30 months ago.

Joining Roach in the Youth set up is former Cherries favourite Carl Fletcher, who previously played for the Club and more recently managed Plymouth Argyle.

On the appointments, manager Eddie Howe is quoted in the Bournemouth Evening Echo as saying: "We are delighted to bring them both back and I think it is a really positive appointment for the club’s long-term future. They know the club very well and I don’t think we could have got two better guys. I have known Joe a long time and one of the first things that strikes you about him is how well organised he is and how hard he works. During his first spell here, he put in an incredible amount, not just to the youth team, but to the centre of excellence as well. He knows the job inside-out and his recent work has helped him stay up to date with what we need to do as a football club to progress. I really don’t think there could be a better appointment on that side. His track record with the players he brought through the first time speaks for itself and, hopefully, he can have similar success this time".
