New Homes Behind East Stand?

Having had a previous planning submission rejected, Parkcrest Construction, who own the land being the East Stand, are looking to re-submit a planning application for the land. In a statement, which appears on the Dorset Echo web site, they say that: "We have spent time re-looking at it all in minute detail and seeing what could be improved, what worked and what didn't. We are confident the result is a good planning application, which can be approved".

Building there would mean no room to potentially expand Dean Court should the club ever need additional capacity.
