On Sunday, before the match against Real Madrid, Ted MacDougall will officially open the stand that will bear his name, which will increase the capacity bu a further 2400, to approximately 12000.
MacDougall netted 144 goals in 233 appearances for the Cherries in a lucrative spell at Dean Court.
The stand is expected to be opened at 6pm, ahead of kick off at 7.45pm.
