Northampton Town Reaction - Cobblers

The Northampton Town manager was quoted after the match as saying: "Overall there was a fantastic response from my players and they kept at it. I was pleased with their efforts and commitment. Anderton was fantastic for Bournemouth. We worked all week on ways of stopping him and it is unfortunate that he got the goal".

On a possible penalty incident in the 66th minute Gray said: "I did not think it was a penalty and nor did my players. Kuffour fell over but our goalkeeper never touched him".

In our view - cobblers ....... it was a clear penalty!
