Speaking after the match, new Town boss, Ian Sampson was quoted as saying: "It wasn't the greatest of games but results are the most important thing. The players showed good spirit again to come back into the game. Ryan Gilligan has been one of our better players this season. He got better as the game went on and he was brave enough to take the penalty at the end. (The result) gives us a bit of a boost. They're top of the league, so it's a good result".
