Harry Redknapp, speaking to the Bournemouth Evening Echo, is quoted as saying: "It would be incredible. It would be more than a Great Escape, it would be a miracle, it would be fantastic. I keep my fingers crossed for them every week. I happen to like Kevin Bond, I love him as a fellow, and his family, so I want to see him and the club do well. I love the club as well. It was a great result, they've been on an amazing run. If Kevin doesn't get manager of the month there's something wrong. What a run he's had and what a job he's done in keeping it going. I think it's been a great experience for him to come through what he's been through. I never had any doubts he was going to do well. I've always said it's about players. He took over a struggling team. Sean (O'Driscoll) could see a struggle was going to appear, he took a new challenge and Kevin had to pick up the pieces and he's done a fantastic job".
