Notts Reaction - County
Bournemouth Evening Echo, here is what the County boss, Ian McParland, had to say after the game: "I thought we were fantastic for the first 25 minutes and should have been maybe two or three goals up. But we can't keep shooting ourselves in the foot. We gave them a goal seven minutes after we had scored ourselves and it was too easy. They have to learn to shut up shop and show a bit of character when they go a goal ahead. But fair play to their goalkeeper because he made two great saves. They were both world class. Bournemouth came into the game and we stopped playing our football in the last 15 minutes of the first half. Darren Anderton started getting the ball and he can pass it as we all know. Some of the football we played at times was really good but we must learn to kill off teams".
