O'Kane Keen To Prove A Point (or 6)

Back in 2007, when the Cherries were heading downwards, Eunan O'Kane was heading down and out of Goodison Park, having been told that he was too small to cut is as a Premiership player. Needless to say O'Kane is now more than a little keen to prove his former employers wrong now that he has a chance to prove just that on the field of play.

Speaking in the Bournemouth Evening Echo, O'Kane is quoted as saying: "It wasn’t too long ago that I was told I was too small to play in the Premier League. I’m not too big at the moment but, at the time, I wasn’t as big as I am now. Maybe Everton were right at that point but it’s nice having been told that to virtually give them two fingers. But all the grounds will be amazing. When we went to Aston Villa in the FA Cup, the ground, the atmosphere, the pitch and everything about the place was incredible".
