With the Cherries seemingly unable to hit a barn door if marked barn door in large 10-foot lettering at times, dropping points when perhaps they shouldn't (given the ambition of promotion this season), Miles Addison has been quoted in the Bournemouth Evening Echo as saying there is much more to come from the Cherries: "All the Bournemouth fans that have been to matches this season will have seen the chances we have missed. It is quite ridiculous in a way – I have never seen a team create so many chances. But the passing around the box is getting better and better every game and it just takes a bit of confidence to finish off the opportunities. We have definitely got the firepower. Once it all clicks into place, we will take off and get better and better. This league is going to be up and down and I don’t think you can really say we are favourites at the minute. Now the loan window is open, Bournemouth are going to get linked with numerous players again. But we just want to go under the radar. We have got one win – our first win in five in the league – and we just want to quietly pick up points and go about our business".
